Choose between a polyurethane coating (AWWA C222), a three-layer tape system (AWWA C214) or cement mortar coating for added protection. With lengths up to 53 feet, installation is faster, and joints are fewer.
Engineered for internal pressure using the hoop stress formula and for external loads using the Iowa equation, our steel pipe is designed to perform. Minimum wall thickness ensures safe handling, while design per AWWA Manual M11 provides a safety factor on par with other waterworks materials — even under surge or water hammer conditions.
