Product Guide

Tough Enough for Unforgiving Environments.

Meyer Polycrete pipe is a composite pipe made from polyester resin bonded to quartz sand, silicate aggregate, and quartz filler. Unlike traditional concrete, this pipe uses polyester resin as a binder instead of Portland cement, providing excellent corrosion resistance in acidic environments. Manufactured via vertical casting with computer-controlled mixing and vibratory compaction, Meyer Polycrete pipes form a dense, durable, and void-free composite.

Meyer Polycrete pipe delivers a cost-effective, corrosion-resistant alternative to cement-based pipes for demanding municipal and industrial applications. Manufactured to rigorous ASTM and DIN standards, Meyer Polycrete delivers a long service life and reliable performance in harsh environments.

Polycrete Features

Corrosion-Resistant Composition

Polyester resin rather than cement for superior chemical resistance.

Computer-Controlled Batching

Precise material ratios and vibratory compaction create dense, uniform pipes.
