Kevin Baas, P.E. Technical Resource Engineer

Kevin has been involved in the concrete, steel, and fiberglass pressure pipe industry for more than 35 years.  His experience includes design, quality, manufacturing, installation, product development, and repair. He is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas.

Deya Escalante

Deya Escalante, E.I.T. Technical Resource Engineer

Deya has worked in the pressure pipe industry for nearly a decade. She specializes in concrete and steel pressure pipe design, manufacturing, and installation. She is passionate about leveraging her experience to help owners and design engineers study and optimize water and wastewater pipelines.

Jeff LeBlanc

Jeff LeBlanc, P.E., Technical Resource Engineer

Jeff has nearly 20 years of experience as a pipe products engineer. Throughout his career he has been associated with innovative fiberglass products and overseen the development of several trenchless products and installations. He will provide tips for owners and consultants on how to select the right product and the right installation method.
