- Entries will be accepted during the WEFTEC exhibition, from 29 September to 1 October 2025.
- One winner of the VIP 2-ticket prize will be notified via email and text at 2:00 pm on 1 October.
- Winners can collect their tickets at the booth before 3:00 pm on October 1.
- Collection requires identification and presentation of the winner notification card received via email or text.
- If the entrant cannot pick up the tickets, the tickets can be delivered.
- Only attendees who complete all required fields at the conference are eligible.
- Winners are selected randomly, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- After collection/delivery, the tickets are the responsibility of the winner and if lost the organizer cannot reissue the tickets.
