  • The drawing will take place on 28 and 29 September at 3:30 pm
  • Winner will be notified by email and text by 4:00 pm each day.
  • Delivery of the prize will be arranged at a mutually agreed-upon time convenient to the winner.
  • Only attendees who complete all required fields at the conference are eligible.
  • Winners are selected randomly, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Any damage or issues after collection/delivery are the responsibility of the winner and will not be addressed by the organizer.
