Entry Dates and Draws
- The drawing will take place on 30 March and 31 March at 3:30 pm.
- Each day’s winner will be notified by email and text at 3:45 pm on each day.
Prize Collection
- Winners must collect their headphones at the booth by 4:30 pm on 31 March 2026.
- Collection requires identification and presentation of the winner notification received via email or text.
Eligibility and Entry
- Only attendees who complete all required fields at the conference are eligible.
- Winners are selected randomly, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
Condition of Prizes
- Headphones are new and checked before distribution.
- Any damage or issues after collection are the responsibility of the winner and will not be addressed by the organizer.
- One entrant cannot win more than one set. If the entrant cannot pick up the prize, the prize is forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
